Incredibly low prices on Turkey hotels

I first started monitoring hotel prices in Turkey mid last year. There had been plenty of hype around the country and I thought I should check out what all the fuss was about. I was amazed to find Turkey hotels offering rooms for under £5 per person per night in some places, but I have to admit that I didn’t think it would last. The recession was causing the market to do strange things. I’m even more surprised, though, to see that these extremely low prices are still holding. I have found rooms for as little as £1.50 per night. That’s comparable with South East Asian destinations such as Thailand. An incredible deal.
