Disaster Recovery

A lot of people think that having a ton of storage, or almacenamiento, at their location is great because you have the space and hopefully the computing power to do all sorts of data research and other work with the data. But once you have your home or office all set up to meet your every need, think about what would happen if the place you keep the data is damaged in some way – are you covered? Can work continue and data be saved? This is why people have disaster recovery locations where their data is stored off-site so that if anything happens then you do not lose everything, just what you have changed since the last back up was performed.
