The Time Has Come, Women Leadership Is Here!
Where are the women leadership positions? I realise that is is much better than it was years ago, but I feel that there is still a long ways to go. Until there is no question as to who a company will hire, until we can eliminate the gender identification on applications, we are not there. I know that women are capable of leadership, they have proven that time and time again. Even in very influential positions. I feel privileged to have been present during the time that a woman is coming up to her potential. It is a wonderful thing to see!
