I tried out several different kinds of stains over the years and actually found one last summer that does a great job. It goes on easy, covers well and holds up to all the elements. I will never use anything else but penofin deck stain for my clients. I have gone through that whole thing of going back and having to completely redo the deck because of a failed deck stain. I am confident that it will not happen again while I am using penofin deck stain and that makes me feel better about telling my clients that I can give them a guarantee when they hire me.
