All Natural Supplements
I was once really into being the healthiest I could possibly be. I exercised daily; different muscle groups, different types of workouts. I ate the healthiest foods I could find; organic this, organic that; stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils, replenish your body with lots of protein within thirty minutes of a workout, take all natural supplements, and feel great! How did I ever fall out of this habit? I did feel great, but something happened and I found myself eating and living like I did in high school. I’m slowly making a comeback. Healthy, optimal body, here I come!
