Use Your Mind

THere is more to weight training then just moving weight from here to there. If you are going to commit yourself to getting this done right then you are going to realize that there is a large part of your mind that you will be using. Where the mind goes the body will follow. This is all the truth and it will work for you. When you get the mind and the body portions balanced in your life you find that you will reaqch your goals all the faster.  If you want to lose abdominal fat keep it in your mind alsways.
