Users Complain About the Zylo
There are complaints about the Sony Ericsson Zylo W20 and they are already plenty. There is a problem with the batteries but mainly the issue lies on how the phone is used. It connects through the Internet through GPRS and not WiFi. It has manufacturer problems as others claim with problems on the slider, screen, microphone, signal and other issues. Some claim that there were problems with the first batches (such as those that were manufactured before November 2010) since the next batches worked fine. It is then recommended for people aiming to buy a Zylo phone in the near future to ask for warranty first, just in case.
